Job Responsibilities：

1. Manage full set accounts, month-end & year-end closing, and prepare internal and external financial statements. Ensure full compliance with Thailand Financial Reporting Standards, Thai laws, regulations, and group policies; oversee GL, AR/AP, fixed assets and inventory accounting.

2. Coordinate external audit arrangement, document submission and rectification follow-up; responsible for tax data preparation, filing and ongoing internal control & regulatory compliance.

3. Formulate and optimize financial policies, SOPs and internal control workflows; drive standardized and compliant deployment of ERP financial modules.

4. Lead local finance team, deliver professional training and build talent pipeline in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

5. Partner with cross-functional teams to align business and finance processes, mitigate financial risks and ensure all operations comply with legal and internal governance rules.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Accounting; hold relevant professional certifications; well-versed in Thai financial, tax and corporate legal regulations.

2. Minimum 5 years end-to-end financial management experience; prior Thailand or overseas factory finance experience is preferred. Familiarity with BOI and foreign exchange settlement is also preferred.

3. Strong proficiency in accounting, audit, taxation and internal control; competent in ERP system and financial compliance management.

4. Fluent in English, Chinese and Thai; capable of team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration under regulatory constraints.
