On October 15, the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) officially opened in Guangzhou. As the fair celebrates its 70th anniversary, Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Lucy Lu, Chairman of Vanward Electric, was also invited to attend. At this year’s Canton Fair, Vanward showcased a range of innovative products, highlighting its latest technological achievements in green thermal energy and smart kitchen and bathroom solutions, and demonstrating the innovation capabilities of Chinese home appliance manufacturing for global markets.

This year’s Canton Fair focuses on innovation, sustainability, and intelligence, serving as an important bridge for two-way trade and economic cooperation between China and the rest of the world. During the Canton Fair, Vanward introduced an AI guide robot to its booth. Supporting multilingual product presentations and booth navigation, the robot can answer overseas buyers’ questions in real time and provide targeted explanations based on their needs. Through digital interaction, it brings the technical highlights of Vanward’s products to life. While reducing the workload of on-site staff, it also allows international buyers to experience the technological capabilities of intelligent manufacturing in China directly, making it a popular interactive attraction at the exhibition.

At the heat pump exhibition area, Vanward presented several innovative heat pump products designed for diverse applications in overseas markets. The M4 Series Wall-Mounted Heat Pump offers capacities ranging from 80 to 150 liters. Its compact wall-mounted design saves installation space, while its natural R290 refrigerant delivers A+ energy efficiency. Equipped with automatic sterilization and Wi-Fi connectivity with app control, it provides clean, comfortable hot water for the home. The D8 Series Floor-Standing Heat Pump offers larger capacities of 200–300 liters. Its sturdy floor-standing structure accommodates various installation environments and meets the needs of large families and households with high hot water demand. It also features R290 refrigerant, intelligent sterilization, and remote app control.

Overseas buyers learn about the Hybrid R290 Wall-Mounted Heat Pump and the new SmartHeat Tri-Function Series.

The Hybrid R290 Wall-Mounted Heat Pump, a major new product, made its debut at the Canton Fair on October 15, when Vanward officially announced its market launch. Available in 80-liter and 100-liter capacities, it uses natural R290 refrigerant to achieve A+ energy efficiency while ensuring quiet, comfortable operation.

The product supports multiple operating modes—ECO, SMART, BOOST, and ELE—for flexible use. Its innovative duct-free design allows it to replace conventional electric water heaters without hesitation, making it particularly suitable for renovation projects in existing overseas homes. The Hybrid R290 will intelligently learns users’ hot water usage habits and prepares hot water in advance. It also features high-temperature sterilization at 70°C and a dual-layer anti-corrosion water tank. Its detachable main unit simplifies overseas after-sales maintenance, while a 1,200 W auxiliary electric heating element ensures stable and rapid hot water delivery. Together, these features provide a practical solution for upgrading existing residential properties.

The new Smart Heat Tri-Function Series was also unveiled at the fair. Combining cooling, space heating, and domestic hot water in one unit, it meets a wide range of application needs. Available in capacities from 4 to 14 kW, the series is suitable for different home layouts and commercial applications. Its full DC inverter technology delivers high energy efficiency, with SCOP ratings of A+++/A+++ at 35°C/55°C, helping reduce operating costs. It provides stable heating at temperatures as low as −25°C and reaches a maximum water outlet temperature of 80°C. Compatible with radiators, underfloor heating, fan coil units, and other terminal devices, it offers flexible system integration. The entire unit supports Wi-Fi connection and App smart control, as well as OTA updates, making product upgrades and maintenance more convenient.

Wall-Mounted Boilers and Electric Water Heater Exhibition Area

At the electric water heater exhibition area, the Dual-Tank Water Heater with a Bottom Display Screen attracted considerable attention from buyers with its dimensional design and range of colors. Featuring Boost rapid heating, it delivers a strong and continuous supply of hot water. AI-powered energy management optimizes electricity consumption in ECO mode, while Wi-Fi remote control allows users to preheat the water before arriving home.

Vanward also launched its Xingyun Instant Water Heater Series at the exhibition. With a variety of designs and colors, the series caters to different aesthetic preferences. Multiple power configurations accommodate varying electricity standards across countries, and the products achieve Class A energy efficiency. The Single Tank Water Heater Series combines soft curves with a dimensional front-panel design. Its large digital display improves readability and ease of use, making it suitable for a wide range of households. The new Compact Electric Water Heater features a variety of designs and interchangeable panel options. Its compact size makes it ideal for tight installation spaces.

Kitchen Appliance Exhibition Area

At the kitchen appliance exhibition area, Vanward showcased a new electric oven with a 20% increase in capacity compared with the previous generation, making it suitable for family gatherings and dishes such as whole roast chicken. The oven features 4D uniform heat distribution, PID precision temperature control, and 360° hot-air circulation to ensure even heat coverage. Its air-fry mode delivers crispy results with less oil, while an intelligent temperature probe monitors the internal temperature of food in real time. The oven also incorporates high-temperature pyrolytic self-cleaning, which breaks down grease at high temperatures and reduces the need for manual cleaning.

Vanward’s customized export gas hobs are designed for global markets, with differentiated safety and combustion performance features. The hobs incorporate NTC heat-source tracking technology to monitor pan-bottom temperatures in real time. If the temperature reaches or exceeds 298°C, the hob automatically shuts off the flame and cuts off the gas supply, helping prevent dry burning. An additional intelligent safety function automatically extinguishes the flame after three minutes if the hob is operating at high power without a pot, helping prevent risks associated with unattended combustion and gas leakage.

For a modern kitchen aesthetic and improved usability, the hobs support customized panel options, including illuminated knobs and full-touchscreen controls. The 4.0 kW high-power all-copper burners use a high-efficiency combustion system with three-stage pressurization and two-stage flow distribution, delivering strong heat output. The durable burners resist deformation over time. Supporting both LPG and NG gas optimization, the hobs can be adapted to major gas markets around the world.
